Let’s join in community for an immersive three-hour experience as we journey into the heart of Samhain [pronounced “SOW-win”], a time when the veil between our world and the spirit realm is at its thinnest. Our evening begins with a warmly lit procession of our ancestors leading to our celebration area, an inviting space adorned with autumnal decor and ethereal candlelight.

Once gathered, we will commence with an hour-long ceremonial circle. This will include a group reading, reflection on the past year, and a collective silent meditation to honor those who have passed. Attendees will have the opportunity to share stories of their loved ones, imbuing the space with love and remembrance.

As we transition into the second hour, we’ll enjoy a feast showcasing the bounties of the final harvest. Indulge in rich, warming dishes, from a harvest salad to root vegetable stew to freshly baked apple pies, embodying the flavors of the season. During the feast, we will share traditional Samhain folklore and stories that celebrate the spirit of this sacred time.

To round off our event, the final hour will consist of a communal ritual where we will light a ceremonial cauldron fire. Guests will be invited to write a message to their ancestors or a wish for the upcoming year on a piece of parchment, which will then be cast into the flames. This ritual is not only a tribute to those who have passed, but also a time to cast off what no longer serves us and welcome new beginnings.

So please join us as we embrace the transformative spirit of Samhain, fostering connection, reflection, and a sense of unity between the seen and unseen. All are welcome in this shared space of respect and communal harmony!

Meet your facilitator: Christiana “Kiki” Key from Brooklyn, NY, now weaves her magic in Chattanooga. As a multidisciplinary performing artist and practicing pagan, Kiki has made a career out of her passion: educating the general public in the traditional Wheel of the Year pagan rituals, with a modern twist.
These ceremonies, which she has hosted from the parks of New York City to Bushwick’s Catland, to estates in Eastern Canada and occult conferences in Ireland, showcase the ebb and flow of the seasons and their deeper meanings. These traditions and rituals help to ground and center the participants, and they leave the ceremony feeling lighter, connected in community, and empowered.
Beyond the ritual space, Kiki is a professional tarot reader, yoga and pranayama instructor, and family astrologer, offering insights that bridge generations. Her practices have ranged from thelema to solomonic goetia, from chaos magick to druidry, from christian mysticism to practical and metaphysical herbalism.
