Join Lexy Vogel, dietetics intern and longtime Crabtree volunteer, for a hands-on cooking class using seasonal ingredients. During the class there will be a lively discussion about: why our bodies are made to eat certain foods during different seasons; how to reduce food waste; and how to grow food from scraps.
