June Puett, Extension Agent with University of Tennessee Extension will share research-based recommendations for canning and freezing foods. She’ll also share quick methods for making jams and salsa. You’ll learn which of the latest trends are safe to use. The fee includes a packet of materials and recipes, as well as some tasty samples.
