Join us for a monthly community yoga class that offers support for better self-care and teaches skills for resilience.
We’ll breathe, move, and play together so that you’ll leave each class feeling more relaxed and ready for what life brings your way. Please bring your yoga mat and any yoga props you would like to use.

Refund Policy: Refunds can be requested up to 7 days before the start of a workshop for a full refund. To request a refund, please email Ashley Clayton: email@example.com. If you find that you can’t attend the workshop, but it is too late to request a refund, you are welcome to gift the workshop to someone else.
