As winter approaches, so does cold and flu season. Did you know that elderberries contain loads of Vitamin C? Research shows the use of elderberry could shorten the duration of colds and flu by about three to four days, along with lessening symptom severity if taken within the first 24 hours of having symptoms. Learn how to make your own natural, immune boosting elderberry formula to battle those germs! We will cover the ingredients and process to make elderberry syrup, and you will leave with a hearty sample of syrup. Once you learn how to make it yourself, you can be prepared to fight any germs that come your way!
In addition to elderberry syrup, we will discuss some medicinal herbs that you can grow yourself that can boost immunity. We will have a variety of loose herbs for you to make and take your own herbal tea blend!
