This introductory composting workshop will cover what you need to know about home composting! We will delve into some important aspects of composting, like what exactly is compost, where did it come from, why is it so great for soil, and how to use it. We will also go over design basics of building at-home compost containers. If you’ve never composted at home before, need some new ways to spread the compost goodness around, or are interested in learning more about the science behind composting, this is the workshop for you!

Crabtree Farms is observing health mandates and recommendations due to COVID-19, therefore class capacity is 15 people. Distancing and other safety measure will be practiced and masks are required.

If you find that you can’t attend the workshop, but it is too late to request a refund, you are welcome to gift to the workshop to someone else.
