The pain of grief can feel unbearable, especially as the holiday season arrives.
Grieving is a process, and you don’t have to face it alone.
Learning how to walk with grief means integrating your experience of loss into your life as a whole. This workshop welcomes participants who are facing any form of loss or grief. We will
explore what grief is, ways to move through the pain of grief, and how to connect with various forms of support.
Participation in each session is fully consent-based; this means participants can always choose what they share and how they want to be involved in each session.
