Workshare volunteers commit to seasonal sessions (approx. 3 months long) and have a scheduled 3 or 5 hour work day each week — in exchange for a biweekly produce box. This is a full time, hourly, public facing position responsible for coordinating on and off-site community garden programming, the Emerging Farmer Program and the management of the seasonal farm stand. Starting pay range is $16-18/hr, depending on experience.
