There are only so many evenings each year when you can sit down to dinner on the farm, surrounded by the people, food, and landscape that make Crabtree Farms such a special part of Chattanooga.

Field to Feast returns October 3 for an intimate, multi-course fall dinner celebrating the very best of the season, and the community that makes it all possible.

For one night, Crabtree Farms will bring together local culinary talent, makers, farm-grown ingredients, handcrafted beverages, and live music for a collaborative dinner inspired by the fall harvest.

You’ll want to come hungry!

The evening begins with drinks and a seasonal grazing board before guests gather around the table for a multi-course meal created by some of our favorite local culinary partners. Expect beautiful seasonal food, thoughtful beverage pairings, live music, and the kind of warm hospitality that makes you want to linger long after the last course has been served.

But Field to Feast is about more than what’s on the table:

Throughout the evening, you’ll hear the stories behind Crabtree Farms and meet some of the people whose relationships, generosity, and commitment allow this work to grow. This October gathering celebrates Crabtree’s Development work and the remarkable network of donors, sponsors, partners, neighbors, and friends who help turn good ideas into lasting community impact.

• A multi-course seasonal dinner featuring local culinary talent (David Hussey, Dominic Santora, and the Howard Culinary School), makers, and ingredients
• Thoughtfully curated beverages by Gate 11
• Live music on the farm by Joe Ridolfo
• Stories from the people and programs behind Crabtree Farms
• An intimate evening of good food and good company
• The opportunity to directly support sustainable agriculture, education, food access, and community programming in Chattanooga
