He has taught hundreds of classes on a wide variety of fermented foods and beverages.
He publishes recipes on his blog/website and hosts on-demand, self-paced fermentation mastery courses through Fermenters Club Academy. He teaches team-building workshops to corporations and other organizations and hosts hands-on fermentation intensive workshops.
Austin has produced day-long fermentation festivals in southern California and Portland, Oregon, collaborated with some of the world’s leading gut microbiome researchers at the University of California, San Diego, and co-authored a research paper.
When not stuffing things into jars, Austin enjoys gardening, cooking, yoga, practicing permaculture, and studying esoteric traditions.

Refund Policy: Refunds can be requested up to 7 days before the start of a workshop. The cancellation fee will be 10% of the ticket amount. If you find that you can’t attend the workshop, but it is too late to request a refund, you are welcome to gift the workshop to someone else.
