This week our new crew of Urban Farm workshare volunteers have started. Our hearts beat excitedly to see returning friends and to meet soon-to-be friends. Workshare volunteers commit to an entire season (8 months, 3 or 5 hours/week) in exchange for a farmshare CSA subscription. They are a tremendous asset to the farm. With only two full-time farmers and one part-timer, our workshare volunteers help us keep the farm running smoothly during peak growing season.
At market this week: Plants (tomatoes, peppers, herbs & some surprises), green garlic, shiitakes, and turmeric.
Crabtree accepts cash, checks, credit cards, and EBT.
