It’s finally fig season, and these fleeting sweet treats make for quite a wonderful snack eaten right out of their container. Quick tip for using freshly picked figs at a later date:

  • Place figs on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and put them in the freezer.
  • Once frozen, place them in a well-sealed plastic bag and pop’em back into the freezer until needed.
